Controls we operate today
Our managed environment is hosted in Australia. Access is limited to the people who operate the service, and every action is logged. Backup, recovery, and continuity are part of what the monthly fee buys. Professional and cyber insurance sit behind the engagement.
Controls configured per engagement
The deployment pattern — Elry-managed, or client-controlled with the management access we need to operate it. The data-flow map: exactly which services touch your business data, documented in every proposal before you commit. Incident severities and response targets. The acceptance criteria that define “working” before anything is built.
Options you control
Where the automation runs: your premises, your Australian-based cloud, or our managed environment. Primary business data lives in Australia; any offshore processing or metadata path is documented per engagement in the data-flow map.
Commitments the contract carries
Your data, configuration, and process logic are exportable at any time, and what we hold is removed from our systems when you leave. Per-client runbooks and the monitoring estate are delivered as part of the service. After the twelve-month minimum, notice is 60 days rolling, and the fee is reviewed annually against volumes, scope, and realised outcomes.
